Joel rescued our scared kitty out of the biggest tree I’ve ever seen! Our cat got stuck in a tree and the fire department and animal control couldn’t help us. It was getting late into the night and Joel immediately got back to us and came right out to help. He was super kind and polite, super knowledgeable about trees and very professional.
